Even though it’s our last day in Sydney, we did not spend it sleeping in – we were up pretty early for brunch with Abi and John, so that they would be in time for work 🙂
They brought us to ‘The Grounds of Alexandria‘, a highly recommended brunch place:
They’ve got yoga going on in the mornings…
They’ve got a resident pig too!
Yep, the happiest pig in Sydney is named, “Kevin Bacon” (exact same name as Hollywood actor, Kevin Bacon! -gasp-)
In the café, there’s a wall of “What is coffee?“:
Their coffees’ really fragrant! 🙂
We shared these (forgot what they’re called, but they’re yummy! 🙂 ):
There’s always room for dessert!
A final group shot with really awesome hosts, John and Abigail…
We’re really thankful for the awesome hospitality extended to us the past 13 days!
Take care lots and enjoy the last couple of months in Sydney, we’ll see you in September! 😉

It was soon time to leave Sydney…
Cheered up a little by someone in a bright onesie, but still a little sad to leave this very fun state!
J wasn’t feeling as sad as she did when she left in April; at least now she’s got D with her! 😉
Jason learnt that we were returning today and picked us up from the Brisbane airport when we got back.
That’s what friends are for! Thanks a lot, mate! 😉
The 13 days of our Sydney Dream flew by so quickly…
It’s been a really fruitful trip which satisfied the wanderlust in us 😉
It was also a great period of quality time spent together, especially when we were apart for some 120 days…
Now that we’re back in Brisbane, it’s time to still our wanderlust souls, for J to properly settle down into a job and for D to get ready for the next semester…
We pray for God’s guidance and provision in J’s job-hunt, and for God’s love, peace, grace and protection to be with us in the house…
