Good-bye (again), Singapore… :’|

After sending Tibbit home from our staycation, we headed to Queensway to visit some of J’s ex-colleagues.
J’s thoughts, “It feels absolutely good to be back in school on the first day of Term 4 to meet my batch-mates and ex-colleagues! It’s only been 13 weeks since I’ve left but everything feels so different and so distant… It’s time to leave the past behind and move on even as I hold on to the memories and wonderful memories forged…”

That’s Eleen and Arwinder, her batch-mates, who she dearly miss working with.

Our breakfast of cheap, canteen food!

The Japanese food at the school canteen tastes better than the ramen we had at the Sydney airport last Thursday.
How time flies!
It’s almost time to go back to Brisbane… 😦

J received the class photos of her first express form class:

Shortly after, it was time to leave – we still had our luggage to pack and a couple of errands to run.

J decided to go home for a liiiiiiiittle while more:

J, “Good-bye, my furry best friend. Be a good boy when I’m not around, see you when I’m back in November. I’ll be missing you A LOT when I’m away… πŸ˜₯ ”

Ah, so cute and charming…

D had to console J and get her to leave… >.<

Mummy Tay sent us back to D's place:

Because J is not used to using the sanitary pads in Australia.
Because J likes the lime mint toothpaste and Follow Me UV series but can’t find them in Australia.

Everyone who saw the above photo thinks that she’s going for a war – a blood war literally! πŸ˜›
PLUS everything;s so cheap here!!! πŸ˜€

Our bags are packed but we’re not ready to go…

😦

D’s luggage:

J’s luggage:

Mr. and Mrs Pay treated us to our last meal in Singapore for this September “holiday”

It was soon time for us to leave…

Good-bye Singapore, we’re definitely gonna miss not only the safety and security but also the yummy food you offer!
We would also miss the fast-paced life BUT we’re unlikely to miss the heat and humidity πŸ˜›

See you in 2ish months! πŸ˜€

Singapore is really, really, really beautiful…

We’ve met a few foreigners who have shared how beautiful they think Singapore is πŸ˜‰

A very BIG THANK YOU to all our friends who made time to catch up in one way or another – you have made the past 4D5N really fantastic for us! πŸ˜€
To those we failed to catch up with for one reason or another, we’ll catch up when we’re back November to February… πŸ™‚

All right, it’s time to sleep and wake up in another continent…
