This evening, we tried something new for dinner!
Chicken Tikka Masala with lettuce and hummus in wholegrain wrap:
1. Stir-fry onion with garlic in oil.
2. Add diced mushrooms, stir-fry.
3. Add sliced chicken, stir-fry.
4. Add tikka masala sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Serve with lettuce, hummus and wrap.
Simple fare that was easy to prepare (and clean-up) and was not only filling but also flavourful! 😉
